In September 2009 all we had was a vague idea that there was something very important missing on the Internet - a place which would enable people to altogether learn, explore new places and socialise, that would lack the strictly informational, depersonalised style of regular travel portals, but in the same time would be a lot more than a purely-for-fun social network.

For the last year we've been struggling to create a unique space where people could exchange travel information and - we believe that was the key to it - to give people the opportunity to give and receive real travel tips. To share their travels, their photos, videos, memories, to stick to their old travel buddies, but also to meet the new.

We would like to thank everybody for their passion and amazing work which had to be done in order to bring Travelnity.com to life.
