The Denver Center for the Performing Arts Complex houses diverse performing arts, such as theater, ballet, opera, musicals, and broadway. This huge complex comprises ten theater spaces and concert halls occupying a four-block space. But, the greatest music and entertainment venue in the whole of Colorado is the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This rough sandstone formation resembles that of a natural amphitheater. Even the most famous boy band in the world, The Beatles, has performed in this concert hall. Denver’s massive downtown area is jam-packed with stores, bars, and restaurants. Known as the oldest commercial block in the country, Larimer Square is filled with Victorian buildings that have been refurbished to inhabit many shopping stores and dining restaurants. This square is home to many diverse cuisines, namely middle-eastern, Italian, Texan, and Chinese food. The Source is another food hall with food stalls boasting traditional dishes with modern twists.
